Only a short stroll away you will discover the exclusive Marina with a great selection of restaurants, bars, designer shops, supermarket and weekly market. Here you can also enjoy a drink at one of the Al fresco bars whilst watching the lovely yachts, sailing boats and waterside leisure activities, whilst the busy resort of Puerto Del Carmen is just a 5 minute drive away. Inside the property boasts a nautical theme throughout with bright interiors and comfortable furnishings. Set on one level you will find a large open plan living area where chilled evenings can be enjoyed relaxing in front the television. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area offers the perfect space for the family to join together to enjoy home cooked meals and there are three bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms. Exit through the patio doors to a covered terrace where alfresco dining can be enjoyed whilst watching the sunset and lazy days can be spent relaxing by your own private swimming pool. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided.
