In the heart of Positano, facing Le Sirenuse hotel and a stone's throw from Piazza dei Mulini and the walking street with its shops and restaurants, Villa Joey is a prestigious 540 m2 residence with a superb view of Positano.
The property, spread over 3 spacious levels, has a contemporary design that subtly merges the internal spaces with the external.
The original structure dates back to 1760 and has been skilfully restored, retaining its historical links while promoting a sophisticated modern style. The high vaulted ceilings typical of local structures, the scenographic niches, walk-in closets, corridors and passageways nished with soft tones and sophisticated craftsmanship as seen in the elegant teak parquet, create a warm and welcome effect in harmony with the outdoor Mediterranean ambience. This includes a large patio with a pizza oven and barbecue and terraced gardens set typical of the Amali Coast, full of lemons, tangerines, oranges and apricots.
The three large ensuite bedrooms are situated on the first and second levels, each measuring 50 m2 with a marble bathroom and a large shower (one also has a Jacuzzi bathtub). One of the bedrooms is a mini-apartment "incorporated" into the house, that includes a small and comfortable independent kitchen.
The top level is complete with a kitchen, dining room, living room and TV area, opening onto a splendid 150 m2 terrace, through large glass doors that frame a magnificent view of Positano, the sea and Li Galli.
Although the property is located in the center, the villa offers an environment of serenity and relaxation,
in a clear break with the crowded life of Positano.
Another precious feature is the garage which can accommodate up to two cars, access to which is operated by remote.
