This house was born out of the owner\'s desire in the early 1960s to have a place to call home again in a place that was dear to her, as the land had been in the family for several generations. She personally took charge of making the first drawings of the house, supervising the work and furnishing it until it became the house she had imagined. Since then several changes have been made but always with love and passion as in the beginning.
This holiday home is a wonderful property with a large garden, a private swimming pool and is the ideal place from which to visit the neighbouring regions ( Tuscany , Umbria, Marche ).
It has a large living room, a relaxation lounge and TV, kitchen with adjoining pantry, hallway with dining table.
7 bedrooms (5 doubles 2 twins)
1 bathroom with bath, bidet and toilet, ( on the second floor )
1 bathroom with bathtub, shower bidet and toilet ( second floor suite )
4 bathrooms with shower, bidet and toilet, 3 of which are en suite and one shared for two rooms ( on the first floor ).

Situated on the top of a hill, inside a fenced property, with views over the entire Marecchia Valley and as far as the Republic of San Marino and the sea on clear days.
The pure air and contact with nature will be the guiding thread for an unforgettable holiday. The villa (furnished in many areas with antique furniture) is located within a property of about 300 hectares; privacy and tranquillity are absolutely guaranteed.
Please be careful when descending into the basement, as on the last step the ceiling is only 1.70 metres high. Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2023 to the 24th of September 2023
