Positive: Facilitiy was beautiful and spacious. Saw a couple of bugs inside the firs night. None after that.
Negative: Most dissatisfied with the reservation staff. I booked 2 houses thru 2 different companies. The other one took my deposit and scheduled balance on a set date. I received a text from My vacation Haven telling me my reservations was cancelled due to nonpayment of the balance . It was the first correspondence since I made the reservation. Then I was told I could call before 7 pm to make payment off the non-recorded line. I called at 5 :30pm and was told the office closed early on that day! Very frustrating. Prefer a pre-set payment schedule as with the other rental company. Also would have preferred seat belts on both golf carts.
Summary: A couple of issues, but enjoyed the facilities, especially a bathroom to each bedroom.
