We also have a shopping mall nearby, called Puerto Cancun with one of the most popular restaurants and plenty of options on where to eat, have some drinks and do some shopping.
The closest supermarket it´s around 10 minutes driving distance.
The hous is inside a complex with security available 24/7.

Summary: While the location was fine (close by car but not walking to the beaches) we had so many things go wrong while staying at the property. We lost water, the beds upon arrival were dirty as was the inside of the house. The bathrooms smelled very bad and one of the ac’s malfunctioned causing some of our personal items to get soaked. Additionally as a family with kids we were counting on the laundry machine for obvious reasons and it also stopped working halfway through the trip. While all the issues (aside from the beds issue) were fixed it was quite disruptive to our stay. However, the property was quite, private and aside from the numerous issues we had was big enough to accommodate our large family.
