Going up a spiral staircase you access the first floor where the other 3 bedrooms are located, two bedrooms have two single beds each, and one bedroom has a King size bed. The three bedrooms have their own bathroom, two of them en-suite. From one of the bedrooms there is access to another outside terrace.
From the lounge area there is access through glass sliding doors to the covered terrace, the garden and the private heated pool. The terrace has a brick barbecue and a gas barbecue, as well as a table, with space for 8 people, where you can enjoy a delicious meal outdoors or simply have breakfast enjoying the views. The access to the garden area and infinity pool is suitable for people in wheelchairs. The size of the saltwater pool is 5m x 9m, at its deepest it measures approx. 180-220 cm. Going down the Roman steps there is a space with a depth of about 130 cm, where people with disabilities can sit before reaching the deepest part of the pool.
The whole house has air conditioning with heating. The villa has WIFI and a wide range of international TV channels.
