Positive: Elisa and Patrick are fantastic hosts and will do everything to make you feel comfortable. We enjoyed every day we stayed at their place. There also is a cat around but you won't be able to pet it because he is very shy. The city is close to the house but you will need a car to reach the centre cause there are no sidewalks.
