Positive: The apartment was modern and spotlessly clean and it was the welcome from Marcia and her aunt which made it special they helped us lots through our stay. It is perfect for a base to travel from and cook in the evening which we did nearly every night and the pizzeria was great just up the road and a supermarket next door. Our little balconies were perfect to let in morning sun and take in the sunset in the evening. It is in a residential area so we definitely experienced authentic Italian experience. We really enjoyed our time at the apartment.
Negative: As we were there for 5 days we had wanted to chill out and relax in the sun, the apartment isn’t set up for this type of stay. Not a problem as we found a little hotel down by the harbour that we paid €8 for a towel, sunbeds and pool all day looking out to sea. We didn’t have a car so we did a lot of walking up and down hills. If there was something we would recommend is softer mattress they were very firm.
Summary: Great little apartment away from the crowds…
