Positive: The sea view does it all. Very nice indeed! Superb, I have no words. The villa is well maintained and we recommend it with confidence!!! It has a bedroom on the 1st floor with a bathroom, on the ground floor an open kitchen and a living room, on the semi-basement floor a large bedroom and a small room with 2 beds for children and a bathroom. The children's room is 2.5m×3m, very good for 2 small children. There is a terrace on the ground floor, and on the 1st floor another larger terrace where you can see the most beautiful sunrise. The advantage is that the terrace on the 1st floor can be accessed directly from the stairwell, but also from the bedroom. The cleaning was ok, and was not done during the 7 days, but we had enough clean towels and I didn't need any. In front of the house there are 2 generously sized swimming pools, one of which is infinity. Both cleaned daily. The pools are not crowded, even if all the houses in the complex have access. Access to the sea is easy, on the steps in 2 minutes you are in front of the sea. There are sunbeds provided by the host. And there is also a terrace, which offers sunbeds and umbrellas if you buy something. The lack of shops is really a problem in the area, but if you have a car you can drive 5-10 minutes to the village of Ptelos, where you have a small supermarket, bakery, tavern and once per week a market (Tuesday or Monday). There is also the possibility to visit the village of Πηγάδι Πτελεού, where you can see a sunset at the bar Pigadi, very nice. Parking is ok, near the villa, but it is on the slope or at near beach in the common parking. The water is clean in general and there are all kinds of fish behind the small island rock in front of the house. I think it was the most relaxing vacation in a long time and for us it was perfect like that. In the evening the wind starts to blow and waves form. So perfect for us. We enjoyed and had a nice time at villa.

Negative: The kitchen needs more attention, especially the equipment's. As a recommendation, it would be perfect if the soap and detergent from the dishwasher, or a sponge was included in the price. We were unprepared from this point of view and when there are no shops around the accommodation, it is difficult. But this minor issue did not affect our holiday. I also recommend buying a capsule espresso machine, we had nesspeso with us and it's a great addition to any accommodation. Coming back to the accommodation, the beach is clean, but unfortunately too much plastic is used in Greece like everywhere in the world and if you do scuba diving, near the coast on the right, there are too many under the water, really sad. I'm not even surprised that we eat fish with plastic. In the morning the water is like a lake, without waves and clear.
