Summary: The property management team was very easy to work with and great. It took them longer than hoped to return calls/texts a few times (it was the Thanksgiving holiday week so that likely played into that) but otherwise they were great. The house is nice but needs a bit of care. All pool sticks were broken (MGMT did replace them after a few days), the pool table baskets kept falling out, blinds were broken, the bed slats fell one night (I repaired it). Also, two of the beds seemed dirty on arrival and the house could use a pest control service. The pool was fantastic, and the view was great. Overall, with a little bit of TLC the house could be a wonderful place to stay. My family and I had a blast, and they had lots of great extras (2 kayaks, fishing rods, beach chairs, coolers, etc) which was very nice! I would definitely recommend staying here.
