Stunning lake view at the holiday home Panorama located on the 2nd and last floor in Colico, Lake Como.
The apartment PANORAMA has 105 sqm surface and it comprises a private entrance, a bright living room with sofa with TV LCD 55', open plan kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, double bedroom with bath en suite with shower, 2 single bedrooms, full bathroom with shower, covered terrace with table and chairs for external with beautiful lake view, shared garden and pool. The apartment has also 1 covered parking and 1 external parking inside the property.
Please note that the shared swimming pool is made up of one pool of 20 sqm for children (60 cm deep) and one 6x10mt for adults + solar shower+sunloungers.
The shared pool is exclusive only for our guests of the 3 apartments.Babybed and highchair for babies are available on request (free of charges).
Extra charges to pay on arrival: € 1,00/day/person (from 16 years old) and € 150,00/final cleaning, water and electricity consumption.

Summary: Completely beautiful apartments. We rented the top 2 for 2 families. The lovely family owning the property we’re staying on the ground floor and made us feel incredibly welcome. Cannot recommend the apartments highly enough. Beautifully set out, spacious, stunning views and wonderful pools (1 child’s pool and 1 adults). Giada was so helpful with anything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. It is a drive to restaurants and the other towns around the Lake. Parking in Colico is easy and the lakeside atmosphere was lovely in the evenings. We would highly recommend a drive to Varenna.
