Positive: Loved this place overall, nothing to complain about.
Negative: The only thing was lack of communication when we arrived. I notified the Villa that we would be late arriving, but the airline lost our bags so we had to fill in forms at the airport making us even later. When we eventually arrived at the villa, there was no communication as to how to get into the property. We message the villa for code to get into building but the reply was automated. There was no reply for an hour or so ,we wandered around for about an hour and being two females we were starting to get very worried. We were so relieved when we got to our room at 1.30am.
