The village, an ancient fishing village, is one of the most renowned on the island and offers numerous services such as restaurants, elegant and typical shops, bars, supermarkets, etc. Just 450 meters away, you can reach the beach of Ripa Barata, a mix of gravel and rocks, on foot via trekking paths. At about 1 km away is the gravel beach mixed with sand "La Cala" while in the village there is the beach "La Fenicia" equipped with all services.
The villa is on several levels with several independent entrances and comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with large windows overlooking the sea, a kitchenette with French windows, a dining room, two bathrooms (one of which without a bidet), a double bedroom with private bathroom and French window with independent entrance, double bedroom with private bathroom. From the living room, a staircase leads to an attic mezzanine where there is a bedroom with double bed and double sofa bed. From the dining room, a spiral staircase leads to another mezzanine where there is a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds with independent entrance through a French window and a bathroom (without bidet). All services have a shower cubicle. The villa has air conditioning in all the main rooms, TV, microwave oven, dishwasher, wifi, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, barbecue, outdoor showers, unattended private parking (with access via electric gates). At guests' disposal a private infinity pool with chromotherapy, a solarium with umbrellas and sunbeds and two large equipped terraces with sea view where you can eat outside. Pets are allowed on request without supplement.
