Positive: This is a perfect stay for one night next to Venice. It is close by the train station so it's easy and cheap to get to Venice without having to pay double for staying there. The staff were very helpful and it seems like they really listen to the reviews because anything negative mentioned in the older reviews are now mostly fixed. There was no mold in the bathroom, all of the information about the pricing was given beforehand (just have the city tax money in cash for all stays in Italy) and they even helped us check in so we had no trouble whatsoever.
Negative: It is true that the bathroom is shared so that could be troublesome if someone else is taking a long shower. Also, the kitchen is shared between the rooms and there were barely any dishes, just three plates and not even a lid for a pot to boil water (we also thought there would at least be salt, but the containers were empty). The hob cooker is gas fired so some people may not know how they work. Also, there is no air conditioner but there is a fan (this information is also listed) so if someone is planning to stay here for more nights during a heatwave i would recommend somewhere else where they have air conditioning. For anyone who may need it - the good location tag is only because the apartment is next to a train station which has really good connections with other cities, the district itself is a little bit shady just like other train station districts. One thing that the staff were not aware about were small roaches in one of the windows, but they were gone in the morning and the staff promised to monitor it...
