Positive: The hotel was clean. The rooms cleaned every day, cleaning lady changed the towels, and put new bottles of water. The breakfast is incuded into the price and was also good. The staff was very friendly and attended to visitors' requests. We asked them for an extra blanket and they immediately brought it to our room. There was a good internet connection, an electric kettle with 2 cups, sachets of tea, sugar, etc. Two botles of pure 500ml water. In bathroom 2 body towels, 2 face towels and foot towel, 2 toothbrushes, 2 toothpastes, cotton buds, douche gel, shampoo, conditioner in a big containers. In the room, two pairs of slippers, shoehorn and a sewing kit. There was not a safety deposit box. We did not need it, therefore it was not a problem for us.
Negative: On the first day I feel a smell in the room, and it was especially strong in the bathroom. When I saw three mothballs in the sink, I realized they were the cause of the smell. I reported it to reception, they removed the tablets and the smell disappeared. I don't know why they put them there.
