THINGS TO KNOW

• Guests must pass a building-required background check. We will offer a full refund if the reservation needs to be canceled due to the results of this check.
• If you are requesting an extension within 24 hours of your scheduled move-out date and/or are still present past 11am, you will be charged a $150 fee, plus the cost of another night. This covers the cost of rescheduling our cleaners and quality assurance inspectors.
• This unit uses the building's internet, which can be unreliable
• This unit is a hotel-like micro-studio and does not have a kitchen. There is a microwave and a mini-refrigerator only. This unit is not equipped with dishware, glassware, utensils, etc
• We provide hand soap and a variety of cleaning supplies, but no longer provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
• Guest parking is easy to find.
• This unit doesn't allow any pets.
