Summary: I’m 71 years old and I had booked and paid for two rooms for four of us and we tried to go for a cocktail in your lounge and we were denied access by the doorman because he wouldn’t accept our BC government drivers license as proof that we were over the age of 21. We were all very embarrassed by our treatment and other than two upcoming prepaid reservations that I’m not able to cancel, I’m not planning to stay at your property in Bellevue again.
