Located at the Waikoloa Villas in Waikoloa Village. This single-story ground floor condo with views of the ocean and the Waikoloa Village golf course. You are a short drive to the best beaches on the island. Waikoloa Village is conveniently located to many great restaurants, a grocery store, and a gas station, with many more to come.
Sit and sip your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the oversized lanai while you enjoy the lush tropical grounds, roaming wild turkeys, and beautiful sunsets in the evening.
The Waikoloa Villas amenities include, two swimming pools, spa, and BBQ areas. You will also have access to the Waikoloa Village Association amenities, which includes, an aquatic center, 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and now pickleball court!
The condo features an open floor plan that leads to the large lanai. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and private lanai. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king bed. The guest bathroom features tub/shower combo. The washer/dryer can also be found in this bathroom.
The condo is fully stocked. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry soap, dryer sheets, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, and coffee filters to get you started.
This unit does not have air conditioning. We enjoy the trade winds the majority of the year.

Summary: We, a couple with a son in his twenties, rented the condo for 2 weeks. This condo was a wonderful place to call home for our vacation, we really enjoyed staying in it. It was well equipped, well kept and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed in the way of utensils. We ate a lot of our dinners on the lanai. Beautiful view from the lanai towards the golf course with the ocean in the distance. It was a very quiet location with lovely sunsets over the ocean. We slept very well in the beds and the furniture was very nice. We used the beach gear and coolers provided in the condos. The Wifi worked very well. There were 2 pool areas with a pool, a Jacuzzi and a bar-b-que just a minutes’ walk from the condo. It was easy to park near the condo. The condo is close to a shopping area and a short drive from several lovely beaches, several of the beaches have very good snorkeling. The condo is a very good base for exploring the island, there is stargazing, hiking, nature walks and historical places within easy reach with a car. We were lucky to see the Kilauea eruption.
