Positive: Loved this place! Owners when WAY above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcome! Cindy and Tracy were amazing at communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. The house is filled with absolutely everything you could think of: usb charging ports everywhere, tons of snacks, every bathroom amenity, dog toys, etc. Also, there are beach chairs, beach toys, and a cabana available for use. And the beach is a stones throw away. Super close! Beach is dog friendly during posted hours (google search cocoa beach dog hours). Two parking spots with super easy access to the front door. Super comfortable beds and super clean inside. So happy we chose to stay here. Cindy and Tracy were simply the best!
Negative: I only wish we could have stayed longer.
