Summary: LOVED:House was great. Everything you need til you go to the store. Sunroom/lanai was fine but was extremely hot to use in heat of day. A/C kept house really cool.House was exceptionally clean. Great kitchen, living room, bedrooms, and bathrooms Very comfortable. Beach items were definitely appreciated and sand buggy was a thrill! For us old folks, at least.Outside water was great but would have like a small partition on the side for a little privacy. DISAPPOINTED:Due to dampness the back yard mosquitoes were really bad. The table with umbrella was invaded by caterpillars. Not poisonous but still dont want them crawling on me. Mostly the a/c unit was loud in the backyard. I realize it was the way it operated but hard to enjoy outside when you have to yell to have a conversation.OVERALL:GREAT LOCATION TO BEACHHOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY CLEANWOULD STAY AGAIN HOPING FOR BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH BACKYARD.OWNERS HELPED WITH ITEM LEFT BEHIND AND GRACIOUSLY RETRIEVED IT AND FOR THAT I CHANGED TO A 5WE ARE VERY APPRECIATIVE.
