Summary: Tasteful renovation. It looks like the photos. We enjoyed the location. It is a 12 minute walk to Kroger. Huey’s, a bar/restaurant, is within easy walking distance. My complaint is that the insides of kitchen drawers were very unclean. They were sticky, had crumbs and obviously had not been cleaned between guests. They were untouched by housekeeping for a long time. We didn’t use them because of that. Also, the rug in the kitchen was filthy and should be discarded. The rug in the living room was stained as well. The cleanliness thing is huge for me and we did pay a cleaning fee. I notified management and they were responsive and sorry. We did not want someone to clean while we were there. There are no towel hooks or bars in the primary bath upstairs which made it difficult to dry towels. The AC worked well on both levels. The half bath on the lower level was convenient. Overall, it was a nice place to stay except for the issues mentioned.
