73 Main Street is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Weekly Rental on Main Street in York Beach, Maine. It is located a half mile from Cape Neddick Beach to the north and about 1 Mile to The Short Sands Beach to the south on Main Street. It has ample parking for up to 4 cars out front and Seating in and out for 6 people.
We offer this property as a Weekly Rental Only. Check in Time is every Saturday at 3pm and Check out is 10am on the next Saturday. It is a 7 Night Rental.
Property has wifi / internet and cable TV which has many of the sports channels along with kids programming and Bravo, Food Network, HGTV, etc etc There are 2 TV's.... One in the Living Room and one in the first floor bedroom.
There is a Gas Grill (with Grilling Tools) out on front Deck with a spare containor of propane in case you run out.
This is a "No Pets" property.
Kitchen is pretty well stocked with Pots and Pans, Kitchen utensils, Toasters, Coffee Makers (Both K-cup and Mr. Coffee type) Dishes, Glassware, Silverware.
It has a gas range, but NO dishwasher.
We try to supply it with paper products; Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Paper Napkins, Tissues, Trash Bags, coffee filters for Mr.Coffee type maker.....
Salt & Pepper, Basic Spices are Included
Both Bathrooms have showers (not Tubs) and we supply the Linens.
There will be two sets of sheets for each Bed. Ample Bath Towels.
There is a washer and dryer in the Mud Room. We will supply the laundry detergent.
The rental Unit includes 3 Beach Chairs, 3 Camp Chairs, Some Beach Toys, a beach umbrella and a cooler for guests to use while stying at the property.
We also have 6 Beach Towels available.

Primary Bedroom on the First Floor contains a Queen sized Bed, wall mounted TV, Air conditioning and plenty of drawer & closet space.
There are 2 TV's in this property. One in the Living Room and one in the first floor Primary Bedroom.
Bedroom #1 on the Second Floor contains a Queen sized Bed, AC and also plenty of drawer & closet space.
Second Floor Bedroom#2 contains a Full Sized Bed, AC and plenty of closet space. It also has a corner desk with chair.
