Summary: We booked through hotel.com, so I thought there might be a check-in desk because we never received a welcome email with the unit number or the door code. It took me a while to find a phone number for hotel.com, but they were able to find a person to send the welcome email, and everything was wonderful after that! (On a side note, another couple in the parking area told me they had the same problem, so be sure you have your welcome email before you get there.)
