Completely renovated for 2021! Comfortable and affordable oceanfront two bedroom condo located in Water's Edge, Garden City Beach. This second floor unit has 2 full baths and accommodates 6 with 1 king, 1 double, 1 single and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Your private balcony from the living area overlooks the spacious outdoor pool and deck area to the ocean! Meal prep is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. Also, there's a washer/dryer in the unit along with 3 TVs and building wide WIFI. Water's Edge also has an indoor pool and hot tubs available for all guests' enjoyment. In addition to weekly rentals, #211 is available for mini vacations and winter rentals! Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.
Water's Edge is located 0.6 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This 15-story complex offers a resort feel with two elevators, complimentary wireless internet, pools which are open year-round, hot tubs, and covered parking. Take in the ocean sounds from a lounge chair on the sundeck or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Go for a swim in the oceanside outdoor pool, which features a swim-thru to the indoor pool. Rainy days or in the off-season, still want to go swimming? Water's Edge offers a heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub. Summary: We stay at Waters Edge every year and love the resort. Unfortunately, they are still trying to rebuild from Hurricane Ian so the best parts of the resort were under construction. We missed the huge sun decks and pools, but enjoyed the beach anyway. We will be back next year!
