Our home sits at the end of cul-de-sac with a private, beautiful setting of 3.5 acres of land abutting park property, suitable for hiking. The house sleeps 10 very comfortably, with a first floor open layout, perfect for entertaining! In good weather, host meals on the wrap-around back porch looking out to a huge backyard, an inviting area for outdoor games. Just a 15 minute drive to the Coast Guard Academy, Mystic or Casinos.

Summary: Very nice home with many amenities. Great place to make memories. Few minutes away is Waterford Beach. Loved this beach! It was quaint, not overpopulated and clean. Can't wait to revisit. Kelly, the property owner, was very responsive. She made several suggestions on good places to dine. Two of our favorites were Captain Scott's Lobster Dock and When Pigs Fly for breakfast. Food was delish and the service was very good. All instructions for the house guests were included in a binder. Our only recommendation is to leave a little more room in the refrigerator for the guests. Other than that, I would highly recommend this home. Thank you Kelly!
