This Cabin is in the perfect location on the westside of Possum Kingdom Lake. The westside is well known for great fishing, secluded coves, and that old school lake atmosphere with friendly neighbors. You can really get away from the hustle and bustle of life on the westside of Possum Kingdom Lake. This is where lake stories are made, and kids develop memories that last a lifetime.
This cabin is a 2 story 5-bedroom 3.5-bath house facing to the east. An eastward facing lake house is a must in the summer on Possum Kingdom Lake. This provides a nice shaded front porch and lawn in the evenings while still catching the typical southeastern breeze off the lake. The bottom floor has a large master suite with a king bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. Also on the bottom floor is a large living area with wood burning fireplace and large windows providing a great lake view with an open concept kitchen next to the living area. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms with 2 baths. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. 3 of the upstairs bedrooms are queen rooms and 1 upstairs bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds.
Outside contains a nice cozy front porch with a great view of the lake. The south side of the house has a covered deck area with a traeger grill and blackstone griddle with patio seating and dining. Wood cooking pellets and propane are provided. You cannot visit the lake without having your own BBQ! Our complementary welcome package will have a large prime grade Texas brisket waiting on you in the fridge. A 7 person bullfrog hottub is located just to the east of the cook area.
The boat dock has a covered boat slip with lift to park your boat and an incredible top deck sun platform with outdoor patio furniture on both levels of the dock. A fish feeder and underwater fishing light provides plenty of fishing action all night long. Extra fish food and complementary use fishing poles are located in the storage closet on the boat dock.
