It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Summary: I’m having a hard time giving a review. I feel bad speaking poorly because we did enjoy our stay and the view was absolutely perfect. Bad parts: lots of flies/bugs, dirty poop stained shower curtain (saw review from previous guest, was hoping it was fixed by now. Stain still there) dirty comforter (few small spots) WiFi would go in and out for 2 days until it started working properly. The keys are hard to work. The pool area is dirty, no one cleaned up pine needles that kept falling on us as we laid out. Other then that the room was very clean. It was just annoying to see esp when spending as much as you did. Sad we won’t return here. Some of the comments match ours and we can see weren’t taken seriously. Trust reviews. We didn’t. Thank you.
