This beautifully appointed 9-bedroom home features a heated above ground pool, hot tub, theater room and a charming gazebo by the river and firepit--perfect for gathering under the stars. There is a well-maintained gravel driveway to get to the house. Our home provides tons of space to spread out and relax! We own the neighboring property, which is also rented out and can be rented with this property if you're looking for more space! Inquire for more information!
This expansive and newly renovated riverfront home boasts unbelievable space for your family and friends. Direct river access (property is riverfront) for tubing, kayaking, lounging, and fishing. The home has a huge yard and heated pool (pool optional and additional fee) for outdoor relaxation. There is a screened-in gazebo with deck overlooking the Shenandoah River with stunning views and fishing adventures for days. We have a deck overlooking the river, front and back porch to take in the views, fire pit and easy access to all that Shenandoah Valley has to offer! The house is situated between Massanutten Resort, Blue Ridge Parkway and Luray Caverns. It is also a 35-minute drive from James Madison University and close proximity to several wineries/breweries.
