Positive: This is a whole Portion of a duplex. The images oin Booking do the unit full justice. The interior is very modern and light, literally everything in terms of kitchen tools and appliances, detergent, drying rack (and dryer, etc.) is provided. Everything looks practically new, and the light in the morning around sunrise was breathtaking! In late spring the days are the longest, and the sunrise really early - perfect for a very early riser.
Negative: The main lock is all electronic, so all the guest needs is a numerical code to open and lock the door from the outside. All this information were supposed to be available in a dedicated guest-app 7 days before the lease starts. Unfortunately, in our case we could not retrieve any detailed infomration on the app by phone, and we also could not get into the guest app on a Macbook - could be related to all kinds of conflicts - e.g. US devices, Apple security settings, etc. In any event. this was the only 'issue' we encountered, but a call and brief dialog with the leasing agent very quickly resolved it (we can't say anything related to any potential language issue, as we grew up in Germany and are native speakers).
