My room was exceptionally clean, and the restrooms and hallways were consistently well maintained. The cleaning schedule is clearly well organized, and it shows in the overall comfort and hygiene of the space. It is not easy to keep shared facilities at this level, and your team’s attention to detail and professionalism made a very positive impression on me. Thank you for creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for your guests. Please extend my gratitude to the housekeeping and facilities staff for their excellent work. Sincerely, your guests!
Negative: The only minor challenge was the shared bathroom setup and the compact room size, which is understandable for this type of accommodation. Overall, the cleanliness and organization more than made up for it.
