Positive: How close it was to Monterey, the price wasn't too bad, and the food nearby was okay. Parking was included w/ our stay.
Negative: No closet for our room, the bathroom had no window, the view was below mid, and I saw a homeless sleeping in the alley.
Summary: Great price comes at a cost
