Nestled in Tampa, this delightful townhome offers guests a cozy retreat. With 1 bedroom featuring a queen bed; an office with a twin air mattress, and 1 1/2 bathrooms equipped with a bidet and shower/bathtub, this space is perfect for a relaxing stay. Fully furnished rental. Whimsical, light, clean, and comfortable. This townhouse is move-in ready for professionals seeking weekly and monthly stays in Tampa Bay. The townhouse is perfectly located in South Tampa with quick and easy access to Downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg. The community is very quiet and friendly.
BEDROOM & OFFICE:
The townhouse has two bedrooms, one of which has a Serta Queen Bed; the other bedroom is set up as an office, and has a twin air mattress in the closet.
LIVINGROOM:
The living room has a new Ashley Furniture couch and matching ottoman, a large velvet papasan perfect for reading, and a smart TV with Roku remote. I have the TV set up where if you access my profile, you will be logged into Prime, Netflix, Hulu, Apple+, and HBO at no extra charge.
WIFI:
WiFi is included at no extra charge.
BATHS:
There is a full bath upstairs with a shower/tub combo. The shower has two shower heads and fantastic water pressure. There are body wash, shampoo, and conditioner for use at no extra charge.
The downstairs 1/2 bath has a toilet with a bidet.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is bright and cheery, with a table and two benches for dining. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home: pots, pans, bowls, dining ware, cups, and utensils for cooking and eating. There is a microwave, toaster oven, and ice maker. The kitchen has a coffee station with assorted k-pods, creamers, and sugar. Inside the fridge is a filter carafe for drinking water.
OUTDOOR AREA:
The townhouse has a private tropical patio outside the kitchen with seating. There are several edible plants/trees outside the townhouse that you are welcome to use the fruit from: lemongrass, Thai guava, Jamaican plum, Leaves of the Gods, lime tree, and loquat trees.
COMMUNITY:
The community includes two saltwater pools with shade umbrellas and lounge chairs, tennis courts, a basketball court, archery target, dog run, playground, and (my favorite) a large swing set. These areas are private and can be accessed with the fob located on the keychain. There is also a great paved walking path around the community that is approximately 1/4 mile in length and has numerous dog waste stations.

CLEANING FEE
I do not charge a cleaning fee even though I employee a professional to clean in-between guests. Please wash your dishes and take out the garbage (bin goes out Mon and Thur nights). If home is left excessively dirty and requires deep cleaning, a $30 per hour fee will be requested through Vrbo for the house cleaner.

HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds of unused nights are issued only in the event of a mandatory evacuation. Since hurricane season is nationally recognized every year from June to November, we recommend securing travel insurance with hurricane related protection during that time.
