This spacious property offers a private entrance and plenty of space to move around. At approximately 1,200 square feet of living space, the Exeter floor plan is the perfect condo for a gathering of family and friends.
This split level condo greets you with two spacious bedrooms on the first floor each with a private bath. Enjoy the king sized sleep number bed in the master suite with the fresh linens that are provided. The guest suite offers a roomy queen sized bed and a private bath as well. Both bedroom suites have plenty of closet space.
Upstairs is a great room with a vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows with beautiful views of the LaPlata Mountains. This space offers plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy. Curl up next to the wood burning fireplace or watch a movie on the big flat screen TV. One of the couches is a sleeper sofa and there is an air mattress as well for additional sleeping accommodations.
The kitchen is well appointed with beautiful hardwood flooring, elegant cabinetry and Corian counter tops and updated appliances. All of the necessary items are included to prepare meals for your family and friends. Some items include a coffee pot, blender, dish ware, silverware and cookware.
The dining space is perfect for dinner parties or game nights around the table.
There is a 1/2 bath located on this floor as well.
Other amenities include cable TV, internet, washer/dryer and all of the towels and linens needed while visiting. A/C units and window fans are provided during summer months for your comfort.
Convenient parking for easy access, a small private balcony/patio and is located near the outdoor pool (open in summer), hot tub (open year round 8:00 am-9:00 pm), dry sauna, club house and bbq area with gas grills.
