At only 20 minutes from Alicante airport, very luxury property with pool, sea views, lovely covered terrace, WiFi, garden and parking. The property is completely fenced. This charming cottage is located on the beachfront, just 100 meters from a beautiful sandy beach cove, 500 meters from the Coveta Fuma with a good selection of bars, restaurants, supermarket and hairdresser. The local tram station is only 10 minutes from the villa for sightseeing along the Costa Blanca sea front. Villa is equipped and has air-conditioning units in all rooms.
