The REGAL brings spacious, luxurious living to Lake Anna`s shoreline. Enjoy spectacular water views, private boathouse, immaculate landscape, and space for the entire family, conveniently located to all that Lake Anna has to offer.
The REGAL features 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms, (4 of which are private), Two living rooms, large kitchen, game room, private boathouse, paved driveway with basketball goal, kayaks and a hot tub(available only Sept.-March), private beach area with a wood burning fire pit. The Master Suite is sure to impress with the third level deck accessed only from the suite, extra large space, large bathtub. The suite also features a wet bar with a mini fridge and a coffee maker.
The REGAL is in walking distance to Tims Restaurant and the boardwalk mini golf. In that same area you can rent boats, jet skis and other water toys. While staying here you will also be very close to the local breweries, wineries, grocery store and other restaurants.

Summary: The sunset sanctuary was the perfect location to stay at. It was perfect because the lake was shallow enough for the kids to stand and deep enough for adults to swim. There was also a beach side that our kids loved to play on. It was also very close to my favorite ice cream location, Tim’s. The location on the lake was prime.The house itself was impeccable. Clean, functional, and beautiful! The house had many large living spaces for the family to gather, while also providing smaller locations to get away and relax. Many amenities for both kids and children. Highly recommend to anyone! What a beautiful location for a beautiful stay!
