YAL313 - This newly constructed custom home truly has it all! Massive house featuring a spacious & open concept floor plan features 7 bedrooms, 5.5 baths + an outdoor shower. Multiple "en-suite" bedrooms making this an exceptional offering for multiple families or multi-generational guests looking to stay together. Private pool with a custom outdoor kitchen, fenced yard, outdoor shower & deck overlooking it all. First level is first bedroom suite and the open living-dining-kitchen... room for everyone in this huge living space. Second floor features another bedroom suite, 2 more bedrooms sharing a jack & jill bath, a junior suite and the laundry is on this level. Third level is a private bedroom, an open living/sleeping space perfect for the kids plus another full bath. Plenty of parking and this is a quiet north end location close to beach & boardwalk attractions as well as some local dining and nightlife hotspots. Be the first to enjoy this quality offering!
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from.
