The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard.
The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Handwash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.
If you are worried to stay in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Zara is a small modern and nicely furnished bungalow that enjoys a quiet location on the hills of Cumbre Sol, just 5 minutes drive from the magnificent pebble beach and many services of Cova dels Arcs in Benitachell and enjoys splendid views of the hills of the area from its beautiful and sunny balcony.
The bungalow is located 3 km from the center of Benitachell, a small town halfway between Javea and Moraira, just 4 km from these two famous tourist places. Jávea Golf Course is just 2.5 km away. The Alaire shopping center is 3 km from the house, where you can find 2 large supermarkets and several restaurants. Zara is all on one floor, although you have to go down a few steps from the parking lot to access the house.
We enter a living-dining room with SAT-TV-DVD + A / C and a fully equipped open kitchen, with access to the nice balcony with open views and outdoor furniture. A double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, both with fans, which share a full bathroom.
