Modern design 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ground floor apartment with front terrece overlooking the beautiful community swimming pools and astonishing night view. The apartment situated ideally in a secure gated community of a very quiet residency area within 5 min walk to the Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre with it's fantastic array of designer shops, kids play area, restaurants and bars, and free entertaints during the day and evenings, 5 min walk to the Saturday market in Playa Flamenca, and about 1 km to the La Zenia blue flag beach.
The property furnished with air condition, WiFi, IPTV with English and multi languages channels, both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, cosy living room with an open fully equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, oven, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, cafe machine, kettle, kitchen towels. Additional amentities including washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron & board, bed linen, bath towels, sun loungers, garden table and chairs. The front terrace overviews the beautiful community garden and pools. Baby-cot is available for renting and upon request. Airport transportation can be arranged per request.
Refundable 300€ damage deposit is required for short term rental at the time of booking (this is refunded within 10 days after checking out if no damage or missing items identified).

The holiday home is located in Orihuela Costa Blanca South (Alicante) and has more than 300 sunny days a year. Situated close to AP7 motorway and N332 national way making it easy access to Alicante airport and Murcia airport. The area offers many entertainments for all ages. There are stunning beach walks that stretch from Playa Flamenca to Cabo Roig. Torrevieja is only 10min drive with its water parks, beaches, Salt Lake and shoppings. Eliche is 30 km away with it's lovely safari park for kids. Also in the area are golf resorts within a few minutes drive, Go karts, roof top Mini Golf, bowling, and a few markets: Cabo Roig (Thursday), Torrevieja (Friday), Playa Flamenca (Saturday). The famous La Manga Club Resort is just 40 min drive. La Mata, Guardamar del Segura, Pilar de Campoamor, Horarada and many others, each of which has its own beaches.
