Positive: Centrally located. Lawson down the street and a board with very good suggestions of stuff to do around town and places to eat.

Negative: There was a massive hole in the wall of the room with what looked like mold behind it. No luggage storage in the female dorm so we all slept with our bags which sucked! Very very difficult to find because the sign was not illuminated and was turned to not be seen unless looking straight at the property. Entrance instructions would have been nice.
