Positive: Love the place and the view. Facilities were great too and the owner was relatively responsive and helpful. There's also a ukiha-specific transportation service through LINE to bring you to landmarks.

Negative: The only gripe was the location, where if you bring heavy luggage, you would need to walk quite far even with the ukiha-specific transportation service.
