Come and enjoy a favorite Brown County cabin! All newly renovated and redesigned, Homestead Cabin is a full blend of new convenience and old time charm! The great room contains a wonderful view of the gorgeous lake.
Just 6 ½ miles from Nashville, where you will find all that this little town has to offer is the Homestead Cabin, Just opening April 2021. This cabin is on a very small dead end county road and not a lot of traffic.
Enjoy the front deck furniture in the evening, sipping your favorite drink. Relish your coffee and the early morning from this covered private front porch. Or unwind, watching the stars from the small dock at the lake.
Inside, there is an open concept of the living room and the dining room and kitchen. They have totally remodeled and added an island with a dishwasher and man what a view! Doing dishes has never had such a great view overlooking the lake. The wall of windows in the living room will make you never want to leave this property. At this time, the corner wood stove is OFF LIMITS and for looks only and will most likely be replaced soon.
You and yours will retreat to your queen bed perhaps or your little ones or guests will retreat to the trundle bed in the nook. In the morning, enjoy the enormous shower and the ample space.

Summary: Wonderful location, easy to get around. Pond was nice to relax and do a little fishing. House backs up to a dairy farm, so there is some noise when they wash their trucks, no wi-fi but actually kinda nice to unplug, just beware, mattress could be a little softer. But nitpicking aside amazing spot and would return for sure
