This home is nestled in the popular seaside resort of Caister-on-Sea and 700 yards from the long sandy beach backed by dunes. Fully renovated with an all-new interior (2023) and well equipped to offer a wonderful holiday home throughout the year. Having no stairs, it makes an ideal choice for old and young alike.
Within walking distance are a selection of pubs, restaurants, takeaways, bakery, butcher, and supermarkets. There are miles of beautiful sandy beaches and dunes to explore, and Caister-on-Sea is home to the renowned Caister Lifeboat Station. You have horse racing, and a greyhound stadium, also hosting stock car racing throughout the season. Both stadiums have their own bar/restaurants to provide a great night out. Caister Castle, built in 1432, which currently houses an impressive classic car collection, is also nearby.
The traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth is a 15 minutes’ drive offering fun for all ages: a pier hosting live entertainment, fun fair, Sea Life Centre, leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, amusement arcades, as well as candy floss, ice cream and fish and chip shops available along the main promenade.
