Summary: Stay was fine, property was clean and tidy as described. Realised the day of check in I hadn’t received instructions. Booked through Vrbo, but tried to direct me to another agency web portal to log into my account for instructions. I only have a Vrbo account so was a bit of a farce ringing round to get this sorted. Once contact was finally established with the owner he could not have been more helpful
