Positive: Very clean and tidy and modern and it felt spacious to say it was so tiny. The chalet was in a peaceful location and had an uninterrupted view to trees instead of another chalet directly in front of it which most of the small chalets had. Lovely, well kept grassy area directly in front of the patio door. Very close to Dartmouth and the very many lovely coastal beaches with a Sainsbury and Lidle supermarkets just down the main road.
Negative: Not much privacy as other guests walked right past the patio door throughout the day and evening.. perhaps net curtains or blinds? The outside rear and roof of the chalet was mouldy, windows dirty and covered in moss and the front had cobwebs and leaves on the building and crammed behind the plastic outdoor bench. Inside the bench was some old rib boat and covered in cobwebs so nothing could be stored in there. The untidiness of the outside spoiled the interior which was of high standard. I noticed other guest reviews had mentioned the same so this needs to be sorted.
