Our 5th-floor unit offers stunning views of the mountains, the new village, and the Amenities Deck below. Just a short 200-yard walk brings you to the 10-person Gondola chairlifts and to the Village of Winter Park.
The Village at Winter Park Resort offers a charming mountain experience with everything you need in one place. Enjoy a variety of local shops, cozy cafés, and delicious dining options—all nestled at the base of the slopes. Whether you're grabbing a morning coffee, shopping for mountain gear, or relaxing over dinner, it's all within easy reach.

KITCHEN:
Unlike many other one-bedroom units at Founders Pointe, ours features a full kitchen—not a kitchenette—complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Fully stocked and ready if you choose to cook in!
BEDROOM & BATHROOM:
The bedroom features a comfortable KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.
LIVING ROOM:
The entertainment center features a 36-inch LCD flat-panel TV and an XBOX ONE, perfect for gaming or streaming your favorite shows. Relax in style with a brand-new, luxurious Italian sofa and armchair, plus a spacious queen-size sleeper sofa. During the snowy winter months, cozy up by the warm gas fireplace—perfect after a day on the slopes.
Don't forget to enjoy our balcony with sweeping views of mountains, the resort, and the beautiful hot tub!
BUILDING & AMENITIES:
Enjoy the brand-new Amenities Deck, completed in March 2025, featuring a hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and BBQ grills—perfect for relaxing or entertaining after a day of adventure!
* Hot tub will be opened from 10am to 9pm. However, please be aware that its availability is not guaranteed.
PARKING:
Our building offers the convenience of an underground heated parking garage—no need to unload in the cold or scrape snow off your car during the winter months. Parking is $21 per day during the ski season, with no daily parking fee during the non-ski season.
Please note: There is no free outdoor parking available at any time. Most outdoor parking does not allow night parking.
