3 Bedroom House in Eastbridge, Leiston

Buttons is a newly renovated cottage on the Suffolk Coast next to RSBP Minsmere, between Aldeburgh & Southwold. Located in the sort after and pretty village of Eastbridge the popular local Adnams pub The Eels Foot is within walking distance along with RSPB Minsmere and the beach. Buttons is also great for exploring the nearby towns of Aldeburgh and Southwold and also the lovely Suffolk Coastal villages of Snape, Walberswick & Dunwich.
The cottage offers a fantastic mix of modern comforts whilst also keeping its original period features. Open plan feel ground floor with modern family kitchen, TV room (great for the kids!) Separate Sitting Room and Dining Room, Utility Room and Downstairs loo. Upstairs 3 Bedrooms, One Kingsize with En-suite, One Double Bedroom and a Bedroom with a Twin Bedroom. Sleeping 6 guests in total. Family Bathroom.
We are happy to accept a small/medium sized dog. However, this is on the understanding that dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture downstairs and not allowed in the upstairs of the cottage. The garden is not totally enclosed so dogs cannot be allowed off the lead. Please do not leave a dog unattended in the cottage.

Summary: A great property (with all the comforts that you need), beautifully renovated, in the village of Eastbridge close to the coast and RSPB Minsmere. Lots of excellent walks from the door to fabulous pubs (The Eels Foot Inn, The Ship at Dunwich, The Bell at Warbleswick, The Dolphin at Thorpeness). Southwold definitely worth a visit. Overall a lovely break.
