Summary: Great location, overlooking the beach. The apartment is over many restaurants and the supermarket is only a ahort walk away. The apartment has a great layout and was super quiet to sleep despite its central location, it is very spacious. The virtual check in and communication with the staff was very easy - it was the first time we had checked in this way. There is a tram stop very close by that you can use to go to old town, the airport etc. Would definitely recommend this apartment when staying in Valencia.
