The closest beach at Anse des Cayes is ruggedly beautiful and one of the favorite spots for surfers. Despite its central location, Anse des Cayes is one of the quietest and most private parts of the beautiful tropical island of St Barts.

It is full of stunning Balinese influences throughout and the décor has the effect of making you relax the second you enter your new home. The living area has one large open space and several smaller corners and coves where you can spend time alone or with friends and family. Even when the villa is full with 14 people, there is room for everyone to have their own zen-like space.
The living room and fully equipped kitchen have great views and have been strategically designed to take advantage of the views. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen just off the living room has a lovely bar where you can enjoy a casual breakfast or lunch. The exquisite living room which has double-height ceilings to provide a great sense of space flows beautifully onto a covered terrace and a teak pool deck. The living area also has a unique L Shaped sofa which has been strategically placed to take advantage of the wonderful views.
This open aspect of the villa allows the lovely tropical St Barts breeze to flow through the house. The pool is large enough for proper swimming and is surrounded by comfortable sunbeds where you can soak up some of the wonderful St Barts sunshine. There is a covered outdoor dining area as well as comfortable seating around the pool where everyone can gather for sundown drinks or pre-dinner cocktails. With the use of clever lighting the villa transforms at nighttime into a romantic, magical paradise.
The gardens at Amancaya are particularly beautiful. They are full of swaying palm trees, colorful flowers, and sweet-smelling shrubs. Like the villa, the gardens have some lovely private lounge and relaxation areas where you can enjoy the tropical warmth and beautiful views.
There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms in the main building, and each has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. One bedroom faces the pool, while the other bedroom opens to the garden with a fountain. Bedrooms three and four are each in their own beautifully designed guest cottages in the gardens and have queen beds and en-suite bathrooms.
Bedroom five is located at the rear of the garden in another guest cottage and has 4 single beds.
