The building is located at the end of a private drive and elevated to allow enhanced perspectives and sweeping views. Living room, kitchen, modern, elegant spa-bathroom with glassed-in shower, and three bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to four await you. The open concept living area is enhanced by natural light from a multitude of windows. The home is 100% solar powered. The separate garden house is an ideal setting for entertainment, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, or morning coffee and croissants.

Our rental is located in Winter Harbor. We are a 10 minute drive to the entrance of the 6 mile Schoodic Loop Road. This is the Schoodic Peninsula section of Acadia. Along the scenic drive is Frazer Point Park and picnic area. As you travel to the end of the loop you will find Schoodic Institute and Schoodic Point. You can also hike or bike Schoodic Head.

* To reach the primary bedroom one ascends a spiral staircase.
* We are a one hour drive to Bar Harbor.
