This 2nd floor waterfront condo has the best view in the 55+complex. Get to know the neighbors or enjoy some peace and quiet at the large community pool or fish off the dock in your backyard. Grocery stores and night life are just up the road. Enjoy fine dining and live entertainment, or a variety of cultured and fast foods when you don’t feel like cooking in your kitchen with a view. New appliances, ceiling fans, and water heater. This unit is one of the few that has its own washer and dryer.

Summary: The view of this place is absolutely stunning and we even got to see dolphins from our windows. If you want to view the water and Dolphins from outside, there is a gorgeous public dog that is part of the community that has ample seating, is very comfortable, and we spend almost all our time there, weather permitting. The hosts were wonderful and we would happily stay with them again
